If the system does not deliver inherent efficiencies, then it is not successful. Affordability for ASUL means delivering a product at 25-50% below the typical architect contractor process. This goal is attained in several ways.

CUSTOM DESIGN

While the ASUL system has dimensionally defined elements, the structure for each home is custom designed to meet local conditions and eliminate material redundancy.

REDUNDANCY REDUCTION

In a factory-built process, each Room or Module must be structurally complete to meet the demands of transportation and setting on site, which creates material redundancies when combined. The ASUL site-built process eliminates material/labor redundancies.
