Feasibility Analysis: $500

Creating a home can be a very complicated process dependent upon variables unique to each region, locality, site, and neighborhood. While all regulations dictating the bounds of a design are public information, there are many nuances that can determine the feasibility of a project. It is critically important to understand the implications of these issues, from both a design and construction standpoint, as early as possible to reduce the financial exposure of our clients. ASUL's Feasibility Analysis provides potential clients with a custom road-map to understanding the elements required for the success of their specific project.

Schematic Design

The next phase of the design process is a collaboration with the client to create the Programming Data, and a Schematic Design for the project. Programming defines project objectives, design goals, and aesthetic desires for the home. With these elements defined, a series of volumetric designs are created to provide a visual understanding of the home and its relation to the site. Once a single design is selected and refined, a more complete rendering and project budget are created.

Permit Documents

The final design phase focuses on generating the documents necessary for obtaining a building permit. The total cost is dictated by the site and governing regulations. These variables are identified within the Feasibility Analysis.
