Our first Prototype was created as a product for the modern, pre-fab market. It was a fully-functional, 400 square-foot structure consisting of separate areas for living/kitchen and bed/bath.
The primary structure for this prototype was a bolted steel frame. The exterior skin was a rain-screen application of Trespa panels. The interior finishes included Miele appliances, Duravit fixtures, and bamboo flooring.
Our major finding was that clients want customization. They don't view their home as a static product incapable of basic changes. Instead, they want a custom home that reflects their site, lifestyle, and budget.
